Ancient Knowledge
Knowledge gained from the Lexicon gives you a 25% bonus when wearing Dwarven Armor and Blacksmithing increases 15% faster.
Obtained by completing the quest “Unfathomable Depths”, given at the Riften docks by From-Deepest-Fathoms.

The blacksmithing part was new to me, awesome! I just wonder - do i have to wear Dwemer armor while i smith to get the increase… ?
No, you don’t, and currently this Effect is “broken” and will give you the Armor bonus even if you aren’t wearing Dwarven Armor. The Blacksmithing also appears to be broken, and will instead give you a 15% boost to creating items, instead of increasing your skill.
